Japanese Warrior Tachi

The Tachi sword, created for the benefits of a long curved blade, was worn only by the higher ranking Samurai due to the beauty and decoration of the sheath and other ornaments. The handle is cord-wrapped with a golden lace inlay and curved with the blade for a stronger two-hand grip. The 27 1/2" blade is constructed of polished 440 stainless steel with heat tempered lines featuring a beautiful aluminum wood grain blade scabbard. 43" overall.
